1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be an existing account holder who has been permanently excluded or suspended by jay7.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on jay7. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jay7 account. This includes your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. jay7 reserves the right to verify this information at any stage and to withhold funds pending verification if discrepancies are identified.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jay7 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify jay7 immediately at [email protected]. jay7 will never contact you to ask for your password.

• Do not share your password, PIN, or OTP codes with anyone, including jay7 support staff.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out at the end of your session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jay7 platform are processed through the payment methods listed on the Cashier page at the time of the transaction. jay7 supports Bangladesh-native payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers. jay7 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the jay7 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jay7 reserves the right to apply KYC and AML checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times where additional documentation is required.

Deposits must be used for genuine wagering activity. Depositing funds and then immediately withdrawing without meaningful play may be considered bonus abuse or structuring activity and is grounds for account suspension. jay7 charges no withdrawal fee on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jay7 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on jay7 unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered players who have completed account verification.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jay7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, the use of automated betting systems to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any element of the jay7 platform, including its games, random number generators, or payout systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jay7 support.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true location or identity.

jay7 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, jay7 will suspend the account, void all associated balances and bonuses, and will not be obligated to return any funds that are the proceeds of prohibited conduct.

7. Responsible Gaming

jay7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. jay7 provides the following tools to all registered players to help them manage their gambling activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jay7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, delays in processing transactions, or errors in game software.

jay7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or any game offered on it. All games are provided on an 'as is' basis. RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and are not influenced by jay7.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jay7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by jay7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination of an account, any genuine balance remaining after deduction of void bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, provided no fraud or prohibited activity has been identified.

11. Amendments to These Terms
